Meeting Minutes of 06/28/17
- Meeting called to order at 6:13PM
- Attending: EC Steve Kelly (ZK 363), LC Ron Manfred (ZK 306), Recorder Bill Davies (ZK 353), Scholarship Chairman Ken Peaslee (ZK 367), Treasurer Mike Golden (ZK 300), Collegiate Chapter Advisor George Grim (ZK 578), Rod Rimmer (ZK 287), Chris Olsen (ZK 545).
Collegiate Chapter: Alumni Contact Chandler Marquez (ZK 878), Eminent Commander Aaron Tesei (ZK 275)

- Mike Golden gave treasurers report and was approved.
- Chapter Report: Chandler Marquez reported house full for the summer. Aaron Tesei will Schedule chapter officer’s retreat for August 26th with participation for Alumni Board.
- House report: Chris Olsen shared several incidents of poorly maintained apartments and problems with lack of accountability by the chapter for these incidents. A discussion concluded that a more proactive set of procedures should be put in place. Steve and Bill will meet with Chris at the chapter house in the next week. George and Aaron will be working on procedures.
- Social Alumni Gathering at Shinanigan’s tomorrow night. Homecoming Game Tailgate with New Mexico, October 14th needs to be organized.
- Webpage Maintenance Agreement: Current agreement is subject to negotiation after September. Basic minimum cost is $240.00 for the year. Full premium Package is $150.00 per month. The board will try to determine the best course of action.
- Old business: Need to get working on alumni calendar for coming School Year.
- New Business: 150th Reunion will take place in 2019.
The next meeting is July 26, 2017 at Marie Callendars.
